Group Therapy & Workshops
What to Expect from Group Therapy
Group therapy is offered either as a multi week series or as an immersive day long workshop. Most group therapy series include 6 to 12 structured sessions, each lasting approximately two hours. Sessions blend psychoeducation with experiential practices such as discussion, reflective writing, guided movement, and interpersonal exercises.
Groups are intentionally designed to foster safety, mutual respect, and meaningful connection. While each participant brings their own story, the collective process often helps normalize experiences, reduce isolation, and build insight through shared understanding.

How many people are in each group?
