It’s a story you’ve heard before. When Lauren Ben-Meir, a single mom with limited time, moved out of the city, she was hard-pressed to find the quality of Med Spa services she knew to be available… so she started her own: ATTAIN MEDSPA. Based on her belief that your inner health and your outer beauty are deeply intertwined, she soon partnered with her husband, Dr. Ron Ben-Meir, to expand their offering to include a TOTAL HEALTH program that provides personalized medical wellness treatment plans.
Today, ATTAIN MEDSPA & TOTAL HEALTH is a female-founded and female-led, family-owned company rooted in quality beauty and medical care inside and out.

Led by our amazing team of doctors and nurse practitioners, our customized, comprehensive, and innovative TOTAL HEALTH wellness program (for men and women) takes a proactive approach to your well-being by providing accurate information about your body to optimize and enhance how you feel and function.
